Removing or altering the device’s serial number or its accessories, or any modification or tampering with the warranty certificate.

Using non-original accessories or attachments.

If there is any defect in the device affecting its performance (including software malfunctions related to the operating system and applications installed by the manufacturer) or if the device does not match the stated specifications, the consumer has the right within 30 days from the date of purchase to replace the device with a new one including all accessories (free of charge) or return it and receive a full refund of the value stated in the purchase invoice, without any additional cost to the consumer, within one week from the date the consumer contacts the agent, the manufacturer, or their service centers.
